Cuban 8's
The Cuban 8 is very simple, begin flying fast,
follow the black dot on the left of the above symbol... Fly along a
line, fast, when comfortable, gently pull up elevator, complete two
thirds of a loop, then half roll so that the wings are level. Gently
pull 'up' elevator, and complete another two thirds of a loop, and
roll out again, then pull back to level flight. Remember to close
your throttle on the down lines.

| Curving
Balsa Get some ammonia, found in
the household section of the supermarket. Put some in a
spray bottle, and spray both sides of balsa sheet liberally.
Carefully bend the sheet to the right shape. You can even
tape it to a form, such as aluminum soda cans, and let it
dry. Once dry, it may be used as turtle-decks, etc. |
